Well I signed up for a free trial at Blockbuster using a code that was for someone who recently moved (I got it after my work office moved) and got them sent to my home. Ever since, I've been getting all these "Welcome to the neighborhood" type mailings, even though I've been here for over a year. So I'm pretty sure Blockbuster was the one who sold my info. Not very happy about that, but I do like being able to return them to the store now.

Can you post a link please? Either the search is not working properly or my searching skills are seriously lacking. Thanks.

Blockbuster has way too many DVDs with "wait" time on them... and when they do ship they take longer to receive.

Netflix seems to have more copies available and they almost always show up 1 business day after being shipped (and are received that quickly, also).

So Netflix gets my vote.

Never had a major problem with Netflix whatsoever. I think I've only ever had 2 minor "problems" that were promptly taken care of. One was a DVD I returned went missing but wasn't a problem and the other was one of the DVD's from 'The Lone Gunmen' was almost cracked in half. Just went to the website and ordered a replacement and it was here the enxt day.

I've always been impressed with the quick turn around, but considering my nearest wherehouse is probably 30mins from me I guess that's to be expected. I think I've only maybe received 5 DVD's from a different location in the 3 years I've been a member

Thanks to the location I've been able to time it where I can get new releases delievered to me on the actual day of release with 95% success. Due to the fact that they don't ship on Saturdays I know that if I return a movie on Friday or Saturday they will receive it on the Monday and then send out the next title at the top of my queue which is usually a new release.
