Why are all Fox Titles not available DDD?

Why are some Fox Titles not available at DDD?
I contacted customer services at Deep Discount DVD inquiring about when they would offer the upcoming Fox budget titles "Star Chamber" and "Class Action" for preorder. I received a email reply stating that DDD does not and never will carry every catalog title from all labels. Hey I'm not talking some obscure titles here now. So what is up with that? I checked every other "major" internet retailers and they all had both titles up for preorder.
I guess DDD won't be getting my $$$ this time around.

I was hoping to pre-order Whiteboyz on January 11th, but that title never showed up on their site, even today they still don't carry it. I had to get it elsewhere.

Am I the only one who misunderstood the thread title? I thought it meant "all" Fox titles were not available at DDD until opening the thread.
