The last 2 weeks have been horrible for me. I used to be if I sent the dvd's back Monday they'd get them Tuesday and I'd have my next discs Wednesday. Last week I mailed them back on a Monday and they didn't clear untl Friday, this week I sent them back again on Monday and they still haven't cleared. My next bill date is coming up next week so I'l be cancelling next week and taking a month or two off.

My "service working the way it's supposed to work" didn't last. They're back to delaying everything an extra day as of today.

I sent them disc's on Sat Jan 29th.... Still waiting on one disc.....
