I placed an order at CircuitCity.com on 12-11 and have yet to receive the items. It was for 3 dvds. I was wondering how long it usually takes to recieve your orders from them and itf anyone knows where they ship their items from? I have since called them and they have reshipped the items via UPS instead of USPS. Has anyone else experiecned these problems

UPDATE: I received my first shippment of DVD's today. On the package it says that it was shipped on the 21 but when I look at the receipt it says the 12 what the heck in going on. I went to the USPS tacking site and typed in the number and it shows the item was shipped on the 21. So the date that shows on the CC website is not accurate.

I had 2 DVDs ship on 12-12 and didn't arrive until 12-27. I requested a refund on the morning of the 27th and then the package showed up later that day. So I had to call back and cancel the refund request. A different item that was part of the same order shipped from a different warehouse and arrived on 12/14. I have ordered a couple of DVDs previously from them (non-holiday period) and they arrived quickly, much like the first part of my order.

The one thing that arrived early for me was actually just a throw in item so that I could get free shipping. I'm sure shipping 2 packages cost more for them than any profit they made on a $2 item from the clearance center.

I placed an order on the 14th for 2 dvds, and they shipped on the 15th. I have not recieved them yet. If I don't get them this week I am going to call. Things are obviously slow b/c of the holiday season.
