DeepDiscountDVD coupon problem?
 

I ordered "MOBILE SUIT ZETA GUNDAM SET" with 10% off coupon.
The promo discount was $12 and order total was $122.92.
But, a few days ago, I got a shipping confirmation mail from DDD and found that they charged $134.92.
In my order status, the order total is still $122.92.

And I have one more problem.
One of my shipments has not been received fot more than 5 weeks.

I sent them emails many times but they didn't even reply.
Is there any way I can contact them?

Thank you, but I'm an international customer and I've heard that it takes more than ten minutes before they pick up the phone.
So I think it'll cost more than promo discount.

I ordered the Zeta Gundam LE Set with a 10% off coupon too. They shipped early this week and they charged me the right amount.

It can take a few days before you get a response from them by email.

The original 10% off coupon was glitchy, and they credited the full discount on pre-orders at the time of purchase instead of when the item shipped - at least that's what they did for me.
