DVD Soon and "packaging" phase

I ordered a couple of DVDs from DVD Soon about a month ago and they are currently in the "packaging" phase. It has been in the "packaging" phase for about 2 weeks already. This is my first time to order from this company and I was just wondering how long it normally takes for an order to move from "packaging" to "shipped". BTW, most of the DVDs I ordered were listed as "in stock". Thanks!

I've found it takes a while..and sometimes it'll move to the shipped from packaging and show a shipping date like 2 or 3 days earlier..I don't think their order status (in stock, etc) is all that accurate..generally everything probably will take a while..if you're in a rush for something, they're not the one to use..but if you want to save, and in no rush ..they're fairly decent..their prices do tend to jump around a bit..you may order something at 15 cad, and a week later it maybe down to 13.50 or something ..it's happened to me more than once..if you cancel and re-order they'll automatically put the $CAD into your account, and if you end up using less, it'll sit there as store credit..

In my experience "packaging" takes about 3 weeks.

Odd.

They usually ship my IN STOCK ordered items right away (they don't wait till everything can be shipped together). It's the ones that are not in stock that are a bitch.
