DDD Inquiry on Returns/Exchanges?

DDD Inquiry on Returns/Exchanges?
Greetings -
Anyone that's dealt with DDD on returns/exchanges know how long they take for a turnaround? During the 20% off sale I ordered a batch of DVDs. One was the 2-Disc Cast Away. However, I received the standard 1-Disc and promptly followed their instructions for a return.
It's been a week and a half, and I live only two states away from them; no update in my account as of yet. Are they notoriously slow with these?

I've only done one return/exchange at DDD and it was a slow process. Overall took about a month to return and get a replacement DVD. But this was when they were sending pre-paid return labels by snail mail. I would assume the process is quicker now that they can e-mail you the labels. I would estimate it taking no more than 2-3 weeks. If you are worried I would suggest either calling or e-mailing customer service to check the status.
