Best Buy question,...

I apologize if this is in the wrong section but it's just a small question -- I don't frequent Best Buy all that often as it's a decent drive to the nearest one, however, my question is what is there policy on returns? I'm looking into buying a digital projector and didn't know about returning an open item such as that if it didn't fit my needs/purposes, etc. Someone mentioned told me that I could take it back for 30 days even if it was opened, I figured one of you might be able to clarify this -- if I could test out a projector risk free that would rule!

The projectors are the computer dept so it might fall under the 14 day return policy. I'm not sure, but you should ask when you buy it to be sure.

They generally call over three or four more CSRs who then laugh at you and berate you while constantly calling you "Lucy." Then a manager comes over and has security escort you to the back and do a strip search. When that is through, they inform you that your clothes are up at customer service and make you walk through the store naked. Then the policy dictates that you must sing at least three rounds of "What Should We Do with the Drunken Sailor." After that, they'll pretty much take anything back . . .

. . . (I love these "What is their policy" questions) . . .
