Question about pre-ordering on Amazon.com
I couldn't find anything on their website about this. If I pre-order a DVD (i.e. Seinfeld) does Amazon charge my card at the time of the pre-order or when the item ships?
I know Deep Discount DVD charges my card when the item ships. I've never ordered from Amazon.com before.
