i had a similar problem. No STL applied and incorrect (less than expected) "super saver" discount. i just shot an e-mail to them.


i blame SP2.

Does anyone know if this problem with STL discount disappearing only apply to orders that are shipped? I had encounter STL discount disappearing from my Star Trek : TOS when it was shipped. I double-checked it when I pre-ordered it and didn't notice any problem then. Also, right now I'm pre-ordering Angel season 4 DVD. I just looked at the order from Amazon.com's web page and the STL discount is still applied there. Will the STL discount disappear for this order when Angel season 4 DVD is shipped?

There's definitely something weird going on with the share the love discount.

Last week my Star Trek set 1 was missing its STL discount and Amazon quickly credited my CC for the error.

Now I get shipping notices on FOUR separate orders last night and today and not a SINGLE one of them has the STL discount applied!

Planning to call customer service tomorrow and try and get it straightened out.

I had an order ship today and it didn't have the STL discount applied. Then another order that I had placed previously had the discount applied.

I email Customer Service and they credited my card and I see it showing up online with the credit. Took about 2 hours from the time I sent the mail until I see the credit applying online.

had to call on two more orders pending shipping that had the STL discount drop off.

The customer service person said they knew about the problem and were working on it. She processed the credits for me right away.

I guess I will have to look at every order from Amazon again.

I'm still having the same problem as last week with my STL credit not being applied. A quick call to CS this morning resolved my problem. However I am dreading it as I have another 3 orders scheduled to ship today and I fear the STL credit won't be applied on those orders either. We'll see...
