I'm trying to update my account information (email and mailing address) and when I do it requests that I update my credit card. So I re-enter the number and it continues to ask me to update my credit card.

Very annoying, I want to order but need to change these things to do so.

I don't see how anyone is ordering anything. Their web site is so hammered that it's taking over a minute between page displays. Browsing is impossible. I called and asked if they had a searchable text file that could be emailed or downloaded. Nope.
