I won the auctions on the 13th and sent payment that day. I became suspicious when I noticed he kept posting more and more dvds but was only getting 2 or 3 feedbacks posted each day. I emailed him on the 18th to make sure he had received my payment and he replied that he had and my dvds would go out that day. On the 20th he was suspended by ebay and I emailed him to ask what was going on and he told me he had been suspended by ebay because a former account of his had been associated with shill bidding but he would still send out my dvds. On the 21st he emailed me to say that ebay was requiring him to send refunds instead of the dvds. On the 24th and 25th I emailed him to ask about the status of the refunds and never received a reply. His phone number listed with ebay had been disconnected and none of his other buyers that I had been able to contact had received anything. That was when I decided to start taking other action.

The part that doesn't make any sense is ebay requiring him to send refunds, he was suspended by ebay. He was selling hundreds of dvds, where are they? Until I got the Knoxville police involved no one had heard a thing from him. I'm not sure what the real story is but the whole thing just doesn't pass the smell test
