So I preordered Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 6 on the 16th of May from BN.com because I had a gift certificate and the price wasn't unreasonable (44.98)

While I was checking to see the order status today, I noticed that the price had dropped $3.00 since its release. When I got it today, I called BN.com to see if they would make a price adjustment.

They wouldn't. If an order ships, they will not make an adjustment on the price. So I asked the customer service rep "What's to stop me from returning this to you, then ordering it again at the lower price?" She said nothing, but they still wouldn't do it.

So they're never getting my business again.
