Join the club. DDD has these outages quite often, but it is REALLY annoying when you're trying to actually order something (like I have been trying to do for the last half hour).
Usually the outages last for an hour or so. I'm just going to try again in the morning.

You could try e-mailing them. They respond eventually (usually).
