I've sent two e-mails to Amazon.co.uk in the past week, using their "built-in" customer service e-mailer, and received no response. Of course, when you use that type of e-mail thingie you don't know to what address you're actually sending your message, nor can you save a copy for yourself.

Anyway, I received a bad disk from them and I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service so far.

So, what's the best way to contact them?

I only pay around 4-5 cents per minute of phone time, so I like to use the phone. When you consider the time you'll save by not having to go through e-mail, it is worth it IMO. BTW, I live in the U.S.
