WARNING: http://www.vdowarehouse.com/

I ordered a DVD through these people on 3/25 (through Amazon), and was told it was shipped that day, via Media Mail. I wasn't happy to hear that, but I figured I'd be cool and not complain, even though shipping was about $3-$4. I was told that day that it would take 14 days to get the DVD, and no longer.

I waited, and waited, and waited, and no DVD. So on 4/9 I decided to give these people a call, since it was day 15. I was told that I should have got it by now, and to give it about 3-4 more days, and I agreed. So today, four days later, to my surprise the DVD did indeed come in the mail.

HOWEVER.

The package was sent First Class, and was NOT shipped to me untill 4/9.

The very same day that I called these morons.

After checking them out, I have found out that many people never get their items from them, and to finally do so you need to call them over and over again, and just about threaten them. Other people were told that their item was shipped out, only for them to recieve the item marked as being shipped the day that they finally just called them.

My advice, is to just avoid these people. I did get what I ordered, but I doubt that I would have had I not called them bothering them and demanding my item.

Just a heads up.

I also did a WhoIs on the website, and the phone number it gives takes you to the same thing that the 888 number does. On the website, all of their information lists New York, etc... yet the phone number is in Canada.
