All my DVD orders at Amazon disappeared!!!
Both past and future
Alot of the other order still seem to be listed but anything that had a DVD in it is gone... Anyone else seeing the same thing?

Every open order in my account is gone. Most of my orders involved DVDs but a few had books. I think I had about 8 orders in total disappear. Hopefully they will be restored. Below is the message I'm getting when I try to check my order summary page.
Did anyone call customer service to find out what is going on? Unfortunately I don't have time to do it right now.
No recent orders or transactions
You have no open or recently shipped orders. To view older orders, use the drop-down menu above to select a time period, then click the "Go!" button.

My gift certificate balance has also been deleted. However, my trivia balance is still intact. Hopefully this is just a temporary glitch, but I am really tiring of all of these bugs in Amazon's system.

I got this error message when trying to display my old orders:
"Service Unavailable
We're sorry, but due to routine maintenance, this function of the site is temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your patience, and for shopping at Amazon.com."

I just tried to call but their phone system isn't working. I get an automated message saying they are going through a scheduled maintenance on their system, and don't expect to have the phone service back in operation for 8 to 10 hours. Hopefully that means everything will be restored later today.

Er...same thing's going on with me. I guess this is one of those times of the year when amazon does it maintenance and things get screwy; just like their GC issue a couple of months ago.

I've been having this problem last couple of days. I couldn't place any order on amazon. Then finally last night, I was able to get one through successfully. I even got a confirmation email from amazon. And I double check to make sure the order appear on 'my account' web page correctly. Well, today I went back and check again to make sure, and my latest open order disappeared. Also, many (but not all) of my previous completed orders also disappeared from 'my account' web page. I've been communicating with an amazon customer service about the glitch for the last couple of days and just sent another email to them about this latest glitch. I hope it's just a display issue and not due to problem with their database or something.

Yep it all seems to be back
It had just been awhile since I checked so I wasn't sure how long they had been gone. Guess I should have just been a little more patient

For the record, what is their phone support #? I've been emailing them lately, but it gets pretty old and I can never find a phone # on theirs site.

All of my orders are gone now too.
[Edited]
Contacted them by email and they said their site is having problems but assured me that all my orders are valid. They started showing up again last night on the site, so I guess they are doing some "patchwork" on their system.

No problem making orders and checking their statuses for the last couple of days (including this morning), but...
This afternoon everything was wiped out.
