I've had that board running in my second computer for 6 months now without too many problems. The only bad thing about it is that the board has been known to blow out power supplies, and I have had to replace the PSU once (it was an old PS).

I got it pretty much for free at Fry's, this is the board they offer quite a bit when they have dirt cheap CPU/MB combos. I think I got an Athlon XP 2200+ and this board for $60.

If you don't live near a Fry's, or you don't need a new processor, I guess $37 isn't such a bad deal.
