Best Buy Reward Card Letter - Anyone Get One of These?

Best Buy Reward Card Letter - Anyone Get One of These?
Got a letter today with a sticker in it saying there was a problem with my card and I need to put the sticker over the UPC code on the back of my card.
The interesting thing is that Best Buy doesn't say in the letter what the problem is...just that:
Words like these make me think that maybe the "flaw" is in MY favor. Like my card is racking up more points than it should...or that Best Buy plans to change the amount of points per purchase to a lower number and wants to change all the already active cards out there.
So I'm thinking about NOT putting the new sticker on my card. Anyone work at BB and know what the "truth" is? Anyone get one of these letters?

It turns out there was an error. A minor mistake. An itsy-bitsy flaw.

I'm a reward card member, and I haven't gotten this.
On a slightly related note, when they first sent me my renewal card, it didn't have the bar code on the back. After a call to CSR, they sent me a replacement. Not that I think this is what happened to you, but maybe, in some cosmic irony, the situations might somehow be related....
