Deepdiscountdvd Phone Busy ??
I have been trying to call DDD all day and it seems whenever I try to call the number on the site (800-264-5076) it is busy. Anyone know what the deal is?

I would imagine they are getting a lot of calls. I phoned a few times earlier in the week and got a busy signal but after a few minutes of redialing I was able to get through.

Do they only have one phone line or something? I would not be surprised as it takes almost a week to get emails answered, must only have 1 customer service rep.

There e-mail response is fairly fast.I am still waiting on Rocky and Bullwinkle set that I returned because of a bad disc.Returns take forever.

costs me money everything i make a phone call.. redialing is not an option. great. |
I tried calling them in the morning last week when their lines opened up for business and the phone rings and rings... Sometimes I get a busy signal but I assume that it's some poor sap like me trying to get through. Their email response time was around 5 days. I guess they are swamped at the moment.
