The day after Christmas, I returned one GC game at CC which I received as a gift. I explained it as such, and was given a warning about not doing this in the future. Otherwise, I just provided my residence phone number and was refunded with a giftcard.

I went to CC to return 2 DVDs and a wireless router and it went smoothly. All they asked was a phone number.
