Best Buy Reward Zone - How many do you have?

Just a quick survey. I've now earned $235 worth of reward zone certificates. Of course, I've actually only received $10 so far.

I find that RZ is great for items that never go on sale. For example, this past weekend, I got the Whirlpool Duets which never go on sale anywhere and earned a little over $100 in reward zone points.

So how many have you guys accumulated and how many have you actually received?

I've gotten $5 so far.

Still waiting on about $70.

$65 & $5 show up in my account as having been processed on 9/18 & 9/19, be lucky to get these by thanksgiving i should think.

And not to complain about getting "free" stuff, but i think it sucks that you have to wait a couple of months to receive these things, and on top of that, they have a 90 day expiration.
I think that really limits how effectively you can use them!!!

I ma the same way. I have $40 that were sent about 2 months ago that I have not gotten. I did get $5 so far that took 3 months from sent date. If things do not shape up I wonder howm any of us that got the card for free would pay for it.

I'm still waiting for $10 worth that were processed in AUGUST! Whoever said that BB should've made these Reward Zone cards gift cards was exactly right. This certificate thing is a huge failure.

received 3 in August, processed in July, so only about 4 weeks it took.

I'm still waiting on $85 Processed last week of July, first week of August. Now past 10 weeks on these.

I'm also waiting on $120 more prcessed later in august through the end of September.

I've just about given up all hope.

I wasn't aware of the 90 day expiration....Is that from the date of processing? If so unless mine get here in the next 2 weeks, they will be expired before they even get here (if they do that is). What could possibly be taking this long??

My theory on why it takes so long is that BB first has to wait 30 days to make sure that you don't return the stuff you bought. So for example, it would stop someone who bought $250 worth of stuff from returning it after receiving his $10 certificate. Add in general incompetence and no real motivation for BB to get them out to us faster, and that explains the wait.

i understand the wait for returns....but when u see "processed," to me that means the return window is closed, you're getting the certificate. So you should at most receive it 2-3 weeks later due to to usps, not 10+ weeks.
