Problems with Best Buy search

Anyone else having problems with title searches on their search engine? Since they revamped their site a few months ago, all I get is a blank page whenever I search for a title.

Yes, I have been getting that lately as well.

Sometimes if more than one page of results seems to be available (extra numbered pages are shown), if you click on page 2 and then back on page 1 the results will show as normal.

Yes, it basically blows. A simple search for "Prince" came up with everything except the Purple One.

I have a different problem. I get the main screen, but all seaches send me to a page saying that I must allow cookies. I allow cookies! So I don't know what the problem is. I use Windows 2000, Service Pack 3.

apart from the blank page mentioned above, which i get alot, my first search NEVER works, in fact the search engine searches for the word "blank" and i get a page of blank videotapes and crap like that. terrible site now.

Their site has the WORST search engine I've ever seen, bar none. It's nearly impossible to filter the results to boil down the search to less than 50,000 results.

Search function does not work at all in Mozilla. Best Buy must have some sort of deal with MS because Explorer was the only way that I could search at all. You hit search in Mozilla and nothing happens at all, just sits there. Too strange.

Ever since they came out w/ the new "improved" website I've had nothing but problems w/ them. After trying for over an hour to find/buy something w/ that $5 off deal and it still wasn't working I finally gave up on it. I don't think I'm going to be going back anytime soon...

Get this - I finally am able to get into Best Buy's site and log into my account. I made an order and the $5 discount appeared - very good - but I can't check out! All I get is "error on page" (not a Best Buy error message either). Apparently these numbskulls didn't have the foresight to test their site for all the different operating systems out there. I have never had such problems with even the most smallest e-tailers. They have just opened a $300 million corporate center - maybe they ought to invest in programmers who know what they're doing.
