Someone sent me STL for The Italian Job Gift Set. With the STL discount, it showed up as $28-something a few days ago. Now it's showing up as $30-something. Well, needless to say, they just lost my business on that particular purchase. I can't stand when retailers subtly hike up the price by a couple of dollars. What's the point? It only frustrates the customer and costs them valuable money.

I'm not for sure but I think the price hike is the difference between a Pre-order and release date price.

Yes, the pre-order prices are a great savings. Usually you can still catch the savings on Tuesdays, but the price goes up on Wednesday.
