DVDLegacy is LAME!
I read about the problems with the Duel dvd & the dvdlegacy website, here on this forum, but I guess I have to learn lessons on my own. I thought I had bought the Iron Giant SE dvd from them on 8/26 even though I read here the Release was cancelled. They assured me I bought it & they sent me 4 e-mails telling me the dvd shipped! After I e-mailed them 10 times that I haven't seen this dvd, it hasn't been released, & I want an explanation, they refunded my money a month later! One excuse they told me was it was returned to them damaged! B.S.!!! I should have picked up on the fact that this company is LAME from what I have read here at DVD Talk, but sometimes I have to learn the hard way! It won't happen again! Fool me once, shame on you....Fool me twice shame on me! I will not shop there again! By the way, I picked up the Iron Giant SE dvd from the Korean dvd website I read about here. They shipped it in 3 days & the dvd is awesome!

I was one of them that purchased Duel from DVDLegacy through Ebay. I anticipate that to be my first and last transaction with them. DVDLegacy seems to have a bad habit of selling items that are not available and claiming they were shipped. Too bad you had to learn the hard way but at least you got your money back.
