Tuesday, I bought the new Rob Zombie CD, (i know i could have saved a couple bucks by ordering online, but i wanted it right away), So I went to the local Sam Goody and picked it up. I didnt see it sitting out so I asked for it, they pulled one from under the counter. I got home, all excited, ripped the plastic off and put it in the computer to listen... It came up CLEAN VERSION. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. So I called them and asked them what their return policy was on open CDs and they said just bring it in and they would swap it out. So I did, and they did. I was very happy they were so accomodating.

i would think they would be accomadating seeing as it was there mistake to begin with
