I recieved my order today and of course they only sent me 1 of my sets. my reciept says 2 but they only packaged 1. I was billed for 2 and now I have to wait and see if they will send me another set. the CS rep said they will send out another 1 within the next 24hrs but she didn't sound to sure of it. I hope I don't get screwed with this.

I don't think you'll have a problem. It's really not a big deal since they promised to send you another copy.

Sometimes shipments get screwed up.

You might be surprised to find the companies have safeguards to prevent fraud of this type: The packages are weighed before being shipped and most companies like Amazon keep track of those weights (to double-check freight costs).

So, if they look at the details of your shipment and the weight is less than it should be, it proves that you didn't get all your items.

But, here's a hint: Always get the CS employee's name, especially when you are given a promise like this.

the shipping weight was listed as 2 pounds from UPS. I hope this doesn't mean anything. the box did not weight that much.
