DVDSOON - Actual Non-Negative Experience
Well, to be honest here, I haven't had a problem with them. Currently I have a pre-order for 24: Season 2. I know many of you have had nothing good to say about them.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. My pre-order, as of today, for 24: Season 2 (9-9-03 release) is currently being packaged.
I have only ordered from them once in the past and I got that DVD (Beverly Hills Cop 2) within a week.
I personally hope that for the rest of you, things change. And as for why I would start a new thread? Well, the answer is because I just didn't want to get lost in the shuffle of all of the complaints. I mean, this will make 2 straight times I have had nothing but good service from them (so it appears).

I was pretty upset with DVDsoon, as my Happiness of the Katakuris was over 2 1/2 months late. I kept sending angry emails to them with no response. Finally last week, they sent me my order with no Happiness. And then yesterday I got an email saying that one is on its way now. Finally resolved, but they totally suck at getting the product they offer into their stockrooms.

i live in germany and i have to say since the free shipping thing i´m really impressed. yeah it takes a while before shipping but as i live in germany many shipping costs of different dvd shops a way too high. and the dvd´s from soon arrive about 4-6 days after shipping. and that for free. so a very warm thank you for the free shipping promotion
