Best Buy's site worse than ever

The "new" site is even more confusing than the old one.
You just gotta love the selectors/tabs they use for checkout- they're numbered and you have no idea what they mean.

What's even more lame is my bank was bought up by the one I switched away from over a year ago- their MC check-card wouldn't work on BB's site. I complained to BB for months about this. Try my new MC card on BB's site- it doesn't work!

The search function on their site is horrible too. Very few filtering options.

I was hoping that they would eventually improve their new site. I used to check their site faithfully every Sunday morning for the new online promos, and would make a purchase at least once a month. Now...I try to forget about that scary, scary place....

Agreed. I'm a pretty smart individual, but I've actually given up a few times trying to find something on the site. It's almost like they are intentionally hiding their products...

I have a best buy card on file but have not been able to order because the site said my card expired which is news to me because I have been uding the card at their b&m stores. They have been losing money from me since I just wait for DDD to pricematch and order from them.

Do they still charge the 4 dollar "online ordering fee" as well?

AkMedic, I don't believe they still charge the online ordering fee, though they do charge sales tax.

I agree with everyone else ... this site is not worth the hassle.

Ya they really suck. Right now most of their items have "click here to see price" for their prices. Meaning you have to put the item in your cart just to see their price! Maybe 1 out of 12 items has the price next to it. I ordered the Strangers with Candy Season One two months ago. It took me a month and 7 phone calls to customer service to get the damn DVD's. They said my shipping address didn't exist. Even though I had used the same address many times before they updated their site. Pathetic.
