Best Buy Return

I had preordered an item over a month ago, it went on backorder, and then I decided I didn't want it. So I emailed their cs to cancel the order over a week ago and recieved the standard "we got your email" message then today I get a your item shipped email. Can I just write return to sender and they'll credit me back? Thanks!

I've heard some people get the runaround from BestBuy, having them return forms and all kinds of other stuff when they have had lost shipments from their online store. My advice would be if you live close to a BB and you're heading that way, take the item to the store and do the return. You'll have the piece of mind knowing that your credit card is going to get refunded and you'll have a receipt showing proof in your hand.

All you need to do is take the packing slip, the product and your card to the store and they have done it for me in less than a minute.

Looks like you've got 2 hours of driving ahead of you.

Keep it sealed, wait til it goes OOP and sell it for five times what you paid on Ebay.
