DDD cancellation - How?
So, yesterday I finally got sick of waiting for "Dead and Buried" to ship from DeepDiscountDVD.com and bought it at Best Buy. Now I want to cancel my order at DDD. I ordered 2 items - 1 has shipped, but not arrived and I still want it. Since I have already been charged for the shipped title, can I cancel the unprocessed copy of "Dead and Buried". How can I cancel it. I went to the site and couldn't figure out how to cancel. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

To reach Customer Service via telephone call toll-free 800-264-5076. Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 7 P.M. CT and on Saturday from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. CT.
Other than that you can not cancel from their web site. You could email but its best to call.

I would call them. That happend when I bought Family Guy box set from them. It was still that Tuesday that it was released and it still wasn't shipped. I bought it at Best Buy that morning and called and found out that it was already shipped. They said to write RETURN TO SENDER on the outside and my credit card would not be billed. And it wasn't. Try that.
