Question about North American DVD
I ordered Good Will Hunting from North American DVD (to get the Canadian version), I am in Connecticut.
I was changed on 5/28. What do they use for shipping? Their site said UPS. I figured I would have had it by now since they say they do not charge until it ships.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

North American DVD is a mom and pop outfit in Toronto that has lousy customer service, never advises when and how product is shipped. I would go with Amazon.ca if you're going the Canadian route. My guess is they sent it by parcel post. Give them an email and find out.

They almost always overcharge me on shipping.
They are very nice about it when I complain via email and give me a credit. But I am getting tired of always having to double check them and go thru this hassle.
Unless the savings are truly significant I don't both with them anymore.

I'll never use them again. I have an order that is months out and no contact, no DVD's, no explanations. Won't return phone calls or e-mails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
