Las Vegas Stores

I am going to Las Vegas for a vacation shortly. Its my first time to Vegas. Being from the U.K I hope to pick up some DVD's while I'm there. Could you please tell us where the best places to go to pick up new releases for the best prices and as well, any good well priced centrally located stores. if you could specify addresses that would be great.

thanks

Well, there's always the Virgin Megastore in Caesar's Palace, but you'll avg 25% off at best. There is also a mall on the north end of the strip near Circus Circus, but I have never actually gone inside it.

I'd consider BestBuy and Circuit City's store locators to be your best bet.

I'd stay away from the strip if you're shopping. Sure, prices can be decent sometimes, but generally if it's not shrimp cocktail, alchohol or the 11pm steak & egg special everything on the strip is overpriced. Gambling isn't the only way they try to seperate you from the newly won cash burning a hole in your pocket!

Get off the strip, check out pawn shops for used DVDs (and other items, LV has some of the best pawn shops in the world) and hit the regular stores as suggested above.

They used to have a great CD Warehouse, but they have all closed. That's weak.
