I ordered the three colors trilogy more than a month and a half ago from DeepDiscountDvd. I was notified that it had shipped March 25th, however I never received the package. I recently sent their customer service an email asking what might have happened, their only advice was to check with my building super(checked many times) and check that my shipping address was correct(definitely correct, I have gotten dvds from them with the same account). I emailed back saying I have checked everything and I never got an email back.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? It was $30, if it was $15 or less, I probably would forget about it. It is also possible that the US post office lost it, but the package was not tracked, so I am not sure there is any recourse there. I remember a few years ago, when my friend never received there dvd from DDD, that they sent out a copy immediately. Thanks for any suggestions or help.

When you have a problem with a company, it is always much more useful to call them rather than trying to resolve the issue through email.

I cannot imagine they would not send a replacement unless they have had problems with an account in the past.
