DDD and pricematching

I've recently asked DDD to pricematch three different DVD's and there wasn't a responce. I got the automatic email and the tracking number that confirms that they received it. However, I called them and they said they have no record.

I wonder if they are doing it on purpose so they won't have to honor the price match.

Lately it's always taken me two tries to get it done. And I wait about a week until I send the second.

Last week I asked about Donnie Darko ($6.66 at BestBuy.com). I emailed again and got the price of $6.56. I had to call though. Very good price and worth the wait.

they finally sent me my price match requests after 2-4 weeks. They just installed a new e-mail system so they were having huge problems. Gotta give them credit though cuz they honored the expired sale prices that I price matched.

Did you call them to get the pricematch or did they automatically email you? I also sent in a request for a pricematch about 2-4 weeks ago and I called them. However they told me they didn't have any record of it but didn't tell me about the new email sys.
