Amazon A-Z Guarantee

Does anyone have any experience using the A-Z guarantee with Amazon. I have a dead-beat seller that has not mailed the DVD that I orderd, and is not responding to Email. I filed a claim with Amazon 2 weeks ago, haven't heard anything yet.

Claims usually take 3-5 weeks to process. You'll get an email with "Your Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee Claim" in the subject line. They might ask you to confirm that you never received the item or ask a couple of other questions but, for the most part, it's pretty reliable.
