DDD password lookup problem?
Hello
I have not used Deepdiscountdvd.com in ages so I had to look up my password. I recieved a note on the screen that they would send the password to my e-mail address. I have tried quite a few times and have been unsuccessful in getting any email from them. I emailed their CS and I am awaiting a reply. Has anyone had this problem?

To reach Customer Service via telephone call toll-free 800-264-5076. Monday through Friday from 7 A.M. to 8 P.M. CT and on Saturday from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. CT.
They should be able to help you out.
