Legacy Audio Video : any one have bad/good experience?
I just made an online purchase from Legacy Audio Video (http://www.legacyaudiovideo.com/ ) and I'm experiencing some post-purchase hesitation.
I bought a PSB subwoofer from them, and the price was about $35 less than the (authorized) dealer I bought my other PSB speakers from. I received it yesterday, and on the side of the factory box there was that said "Do not send in the warranty card" and that any warranty work must be done through them.
I then checked the PSB site, and Legacy isn't listed as an authorized dealer (whether that's good or bad I don't really know). Yeah, I know I should have done that first, but I didn't.
Everything seems on the up and up with the sub, but there's a nagging in the back of my mind that something is a little hinky. The site claims that "We do not sell remanufactured, seconds or B stock products", and the item appeared to be factory sealed.
Am I just worrying unnecessarily?
