Message for TONY - Help on HITMENOW.COM order?

Hi Tony, I have made 3 orders from hitmenow since I read about your DVD sale several weeks ago. I placed a large order a few minutes ago for over $110 but was unable to use a $10 off $90 coupon because it expired yesterday, Feb. 21. Can you possibly help me apply it?

Also, in my last order I received earlier this week, one VHS tape was broken. I wrote [email protected] and I was told to return it to a certain address without telling me if I will be credited for the amount for doing so, or what other info I need to send. I can send you a picture of the item if you think you can help (otherwise I'll just absorb the loss as I don't want to deal with the hassle of mailing it and paying postage.)

Please let me know how to contact you be e-mail. Thanks.

(his sig says his email is [email protected]. I imagine if you make the subject Tony, it will come to his attention even if others access that email address)

Well, on the coupon, if you're asking me to apply an expired coupon to your order, that I can' t do. But if you placed the order BEFORE the coupon expired, then please email me the order number and coupon you were trying to use and I'll get it applied.

As for the returned video, our general policy (don't ask me how I feel about it...) is to tell the customer to pay for return shipping. However, there's room in there for the customer to say no, if you get the idea... So that's what I recommend. Returns still have to be handled by C/S, I can only give you hints.
