amazon share the love..help needed
 

I bought a bunch of things from amazon.com and my friend got the same stuff. So ofcourse I get credit for it. Well when I applied my credit to another purchase and was about to place my order I noticed the share the love credit was not taken off of my order. I tried contacting them twice but they reply by copying and pasting exactly what their site says about the program. So I contacted them and said if they do not fix it I will report them to better business bureau online, but haven't received a responce. Did anything like this happen to anyone else? Or got any suggestions on what I should do?

I assume you didn't place the order? Is the credit still in your account? Actually I think you should call customer service since it sounds like you emailed them instead. That would be the quickest way to get a response to your problem.

Maybe you should call Amazon
 

Hopefully they won't try and charge you $9.95 for the call like

No I didn't place the order. The credit is not in my account anymore. After I hit apply it said it would be taken off my next purchase. I can't seem to find amazons phone number on the site, anyone know what it is?

thanks guys. they sent me a code for my missing credit.

AFAIK, when you apply the credit in your STL account, it gets transferred into your promotional gift certificate account and is good for 30 days. It should show up during checkout.
