I pre-ordered x-files season 6, but when it arrived, the box was broken. When I emailed them about the problem, they told me to send it back and they would replace it. I mailed back the unit and today I received a receipt confirmation email. They sent me a new set and refunded the shipping cost.

I was a little hesitant about ordering from a Canadian store, but now I'm very comfortable ordering from this merchant because of their excellent customer service.

I've ordered video games from them before and wouldn't recommend that site to anyone. Long Delays in shipping and getting the game even for preorders. The best thing about it was they cancelled my order the same day I emailed them about a a game I preordered hadn't been sent out a week after it's release.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. I live in Japan so I needed Region 1 dvds shipped to me. I wanted the Rocky Boxset and they sell it for a decent price AND shipping for it was dirt cheap for a pretty heavy boxset with 5 separate dvd cases. It arrived here in Japan in 3 days if I remember correctly, maybe 4. It was packaged well and everything was fine.
