Amazon Order Trouble?
I preordered Monterey Pop Festival :CC and have not recieved it yet when I track my order it tells me it was delivered.
I contacted them two days ago and have not heard anything from them yet.
Has anyone every had this problem and if so how has Amazon handled it?

I have similar problem. I pre-ordered Star Wars:AOTC and received an email that they shipped it on 7th. There is no tracking on this shipment, but they did have an estimated arrival of 12th to 18th. Well, suffice to say that today is 22nd and I still haven't receive it. I emailed them and they said to wait a few more days. So today I checked their web site and now they changed the estimated arrival to 22nd to 25th. Guess I have to wait until 25th before I can bug them again. Curse to Amazon!

I recently had a problem similar to yours last month with Amazon. I had an item ship but it never arrived after two weeks of waiting. I called customer service and they promptly sent a replacement order, and a return mailing label in case the first shipment arrived. I received the replacement in a couple of days but the first order is still missing after over 6 weeks. It also had a tracking number like you mentioned but my status is still listed as shipped and in transit. Maybe your order was delivered as stated. It could have been stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Anyway Amazon is usually good about replacing orders. But I think calling would give you quicker results.

I buy from Amazon all the time. I only had one lost shipment and they sent a replacement with no problems.

Shipper was USPS
I called the post office and they were really no help.
They told me the same thing that was posted here;
either delivered to the wrong address in which I'm at the mercy of the person who did recieve the package to do the right thing and return it to the post office
or
it was stolen which means I'm out of luck at the post office end
Hopefully Amazon will figure out what happened.
