You had a good experience with buy.com. Congratulations. I ordered 4 dvds from them last week. They said they'd ship in 24-48 hours but I'm still waiting for them to go out the door. This doesn't mean they're the best or the worst e-tailer in the world. Like every other store, sometimes they do well, sometimes they don't.
