I recently bought a very hard to find CD off secondspin.com and they seem to have completely forgotten to send it/ have already lost it. Their shipping policy includes the words "if it's not there in 30 days they will be begin the process of looking in to it" I honestly do not recomend this site.

Yeah, I heard of this place, my friend has been waiting longer than I can remember for a not that old CD. Prices appear to be pretty good, but service stinks!!!

This is really strange because I've sold used CDs to SecondSpin for about 4 years now and I've NEVER been shorted once and their payments to me have always been timely.

They even returned a disc I sent to them by accident without charging me for return shipment!

Have you called SecondSpin? If so, what did they say?

SecondSpin is great to sell to. As for buying, the one time I was able to find something I needed, I had all kinds of problems getting the item, which seemed to be lost for 45 days before it finally showed up.

I've bought from secondspin probably four times, each time for 4 to 10 CDs (I like buying the $3 and under CDs and have found some gems). Each time I've had no problem and the CDs have been in great shape.

Have you (DSmmers) called them or emailed them? What did they say?

I've bought both CD's and DVD's from them in the past and have never had any problems, either...
