How about x-files from amazon.ca?

I saw there are x-files DVD box-set in amazon.ca. The price is only USD 84. Why the price is much cheaper than the same DVD from amazon.com? At amazon.com, I have to pay aroud USD 120 to buy it? Is there any difference?
