BlockBuster B&M question...

I just visited a local BBV for the first time in a long while, and they had a special for buy two used DVD's and get one free. I went ahead and grabbed three titles for a decent price, and came home to find none of them had their inserts included... is this nomral? They were in the goofy rental cases, but had their original covers in the. Anyways its not a huge deal since I got recent stuff for cheap, it is just a bit frustrating that they don't mention that anywhere on the cases (for anal people like me).

Blockbuster gets some of their rental DVDs in bulk so they come without their original cases and inserts. This was discussed in one of the previous BBV threads.
