Can anyone share his/her experience with this Canadian site, Direct Video.

Do they charge once order is placed or when shipped?.
Any infomation would be much appreciated. Am about to place the first order with them.

In the spring of 2001 a lot of people were having trouble with them, they would charge credit cards and not deliver for months, would lose orders, etc. I have no idea if they have cleaned up their act or not.

Assuming you are in the US, I'd recommend avoiding Canadian sellers and stick with somebody like www.deepdiscountdvd.com or www.digitaleyes.com .
