Fox Store Problems - HELP!!
Has anyone else had problems with Fox Interactive's online store (www.foxstore.com)? I ordered the Simpsons Season 2 awhile back, and it never showed. I have repeated sent their customer service email (no phone number) and have received no replies. They have this dumb system where you HAVE to send an email, then they send you some pre-generated garbage email which you have to reply to in order to receive a response "within 24-48 hours". I have gone through this process four times and have yet to receive an type of response.

OMG! I was hoping someone was in the same boat as me. I've done the same thing. The only reply I get is simply a computer generated email. Today, three weeks after I orignally sent customer email, I got YET ANOTHER GENERIC EMAIL, this one a little different promising they'd look into the problem. I don't know what to do. I'm ready to cancel but don't want to forego the deal.

Don't tell me it's for Simspons Season 2. If so, you may be screwed. I took that deal that ended up with the set being $28.50 shipped, and now I'm getting screwed bc they messed up the shipping. The CSR I talked to said she couldn't reship at the same price, but there would probably be another promo like it on the site (there isn't). Here's the number: 1-800-843-9251 (thanks Space_Monkey). I had to fill out a trace request/refund request form and now have to wait 21 business days. I now officially hate Fox Store.

Unfortunately it is for the Simpsons Season 2. I think I'll wait one more day and then cancel this order. It's amazing how bad their service actually is. I called a different number though, 1-800-821-6034. Probably the same call center

I ordered Simpsons Season 2 like 2 days before it hit the shelves, it shipped the same day it hit shelves, and I got it by the end of the week. Unfortunately, my experience with the Fox Store hasn't been all happy times. I ordered Men of Honor at the same time, and got it, only to find out it was the fullscreen edition. So, I e-mailed them, got an RMA, and shipped it back right away. But according to them, they haven't gotten it yet. This is over a month after I shipped it.

Mthrboard. Good luck with that. They just don't care about their customers. I've since cancelled my order. Let's hope that actually goes through. By the way, I ordered it from Buy.com. They shipped it out fast and even with their free shipping it arrived in a few days. Thanks buy.com!

gotta agree with typecase here. They totally didn't seem to care that they screwed up and that their policies are totally user un-friendly. Meanwhile, I'm into week two of waiting for a refund.....
