Question about DVDSoon.com?

DvdSoon.com has great prices on there dvds and hear about how they ship out early. The thing I want to know is, are all the covers of the dvd's the same as the ones here in the US or are they the Canadian ones with the English and French writing on them? I want to order from them but don't want covers with French writing on them.

If there is a Canadian version with different packaging, you will get it.

Ah crap, I was about to place a huge order, but I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I got DVDs packaged that were partially in a different language... err well you know what I mean, I'm a perfectionist.

Anyone have any idea is these titles are in French at all?

Sleepaway Camp Survival Kit
The Fog
The Return of the Living Dead
The Mighty Ducks box set
The Bourne Identity
All Superbit titles

Thanks

The easiest way to tell are the ones that are marked v.f.

Those titles are the French Canadian versions.

All other are the US versions.

Hope that helps.....

The discs may be US version, the packaging often isn't. There is a list at DVDSoon's site (under the FAQs I think) about what studios use separate, reversible and multi-lingual packaging.

True, but I'm getting the impression that he wants his DVDs packaged in English.

If he orders the v.f. versions, they will be readable only by the French / French Canadians.

Yeah, I don't mean to be picky, but I was really hoping for the titles cover art to be only in English.

And that's what I'm saying - on DVDSoon's site, there is a list of what studios use what packaging formats. You'll need to know what studio the DVD is released by in Canada.

Found it... http://www.dvdsoon.com/french-covers.xml
