Which store gets dvds out before street dates?

Which store gets dvds out before street dates?
I'm looking for stores or online sites that have the best rep of getting dvds to people before street dates. Anyone got any good stores?

Read previously alluded to post but as a general rule, any store can put out titles early. Most adhere to street date but some do not.
I myself find that Borders (in my area) usually put out the Tuesday releases on Sunday night (especially if it is an older title like Top Secret or Hot Shots).
I generally do NOT find this to be the case at the bigger stores like Best Buy or Circuit City but some DO slip out now and again.
